Since beginning his job as Agronomy Account Manager for Farmers Coop Association in September 2012, Jason Adams has seen teamwork in action. “This is a close knit working team,” he observed. “Communication is huge and we work well together that way.” And communication is key to his relationship with customers, too.
“I like to work with my customers, walk their fields with them, keep informed on what’s going on, provide product information, and offer yield enhancement efforts including foliar feeding and fungicide use,” Jason stated. “I enjoy the one-on-one communication so I am able to address their needs on a personal level.”
A farmer himself, Jason understands decisions come down to return-on-investment. His training as an agronomist and degree from NIACC in agricultural sales and service all help him provide the best service possible.
Growing up, Jason was born in Britt then lived in Forest City and Eagle Grove. While attending NIACC, Jason completed an internship with Farmers Coop Association. He and his family, including his son, Bailey, and daughter, Brianna, live on an acreage near Forest City. When he’s not working, Jason enjoys spending time with family and friends.
